The +OneX Name
In a social situation a +one is an additional guest you take along with you to an event; however, in a business setting a +one is an associate or partner who will travel a journey with you to solve problems.
The “+” in the name, refers to our drive to constantly improve, both the situation and performance of the client’s business as well as the state of whoever’s lives, we can influence. This ties back to our purpose of creating opportunities to improve people's lives.
The “one” is inspired by inclusivity and speaks to the organisation and all its connected relationships as a whole and that there’s always room for inclusion of another one, whether that be another client, partner or another person joining +OneX
The “X” represents the exponential capabilities of technology, as well as unknown factors that the future holds. It is our willingness to adapt to change and our ability to innovate, be proactive and stay ahead of the curve. It also represents the X-factor in our people, in the +One”X” organisation.
