The +OneX mentoring program supports our commitment of creating opportunities to improve people’s lives, making our organization a great place to build careers through strong professional connections, while encouraging leadership throughout the organisation. The goal of this initiative is to provide an avenue for individualized professional development, support people excellence, boost employee engagement and work satisfaction, and to create a culture of mentorship throughout our organization. This professional development mentoring program is open to all +OneX employees. Participation in the program is compulsory, as a Mentor and / or Mentee, supporting our core element Leading without titles.
